摘要: 在分析数控系统开放性基础上,给出了一种可重构、可扩充的开放式软CNC的实现机制。该系统基于WinNT + RTX实时扩展系统,软件设计采用了新的三层结构,面向最终用户,体系结构完全开放。系统可整体重构,便于升级。用户通过编制组件对象模型程序和实时动态链接库程序,可以方便地扩充用户专用指令。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of open CNC system, a new open-architecture soft CNC system, that is reconfigurable and extensible, is presented. It is constructed based on the WinNT and RTX systems, and adopted a new 3-tier software structure towards user. So the soft CNC system can be reconfigured to meet the demand of user, and is convenient for upgrading. In this system, the COM program and the Real-Time Dynamic Link Library (RTDLL) program can be programmed to extend the users special instructions.
