摘要: 为描述飞机产品的复杂性,使数字化产品定义模型具有良好的可继承性和可扩展性,提出了飞机产品-过程-资源知识模型。该模型包含四个子模型,即产品模型、过程模型、资源模型和产品-过程-资源相互关联模型,采用 统一建模语言建立了相应的语义模型,并将该模型应用于某型飞机机翼数字化定义。应用结果表明,该模型能够为产品开发的整个生命周期提供单一的数据源,并具有良好的知识可扩展性和可继承性。

Abstract: In order to describe the complexity of aircraft and make the Digital Product Definition (DPD) model hereditable and patulous, a Product-Process-Resource (PPR) Knowledge Model for aircraft is presented. The model includes four sub-models: Product Model, Process Model, Resource Model and PPR Relationship Model. The PPR Knowledge Model is applied in DPD of an aircrafts wing, and its application shows that with patulous hereditable, this model can provide single data-source for product development during product life cycle.
