管路数字化布局设计与制造及检测集成技术

摘要: 随着航空航天等复杂产品小型化、轻量化、长寿命和高可靠性方向发展,对管路的合理布局、精确制作和规范敷设与安装提出了更高要求,管路已成为提高复杂产品质量和可靠性急需解决的问题之一。结合复杂产品中的管路研制的工程实践,提出了一种管路数字化布局设计、制造与检测集成方法,建立了该方法的技术框架和集成应用业务流程,并系统阐述了管路布局设计与自动评价、导管弯曲成形质量预测与检测、导管数字化制造集成技术及工艺数据库建立、基于多目视觉的管路数字化测量等四个关键技术。最后指出,随着该技术的进一步发展,可真正实现全数字量传递的科学的管路一体化设计与制造。

Abstract: With the growing needs in miniaturization,lightweight,long life-span and high reliability of complex aerospace products,the higher requirements of pipelines'reasonable routing,precise manufacturing and normative installation are put forward.Pipeline has been a key factor to improve the quality and reliability of complex product.Combining with the engineering practice in pipeline design and manufacture,an integrated digital pipeline routing,manufacturing and inspection method is proposed.The technical framework and integrated application of this method are analyzed afterwards,and the four key technologies including pipeline routing and automatic evaluation,pipeline bending quality prediction and inspection,pipe integrated digital manufacturing technology and process database establishment,multi-ocular based digital measure approach are elaborated.Lastly,we conclude that the integrative full digital pipeline design and manufacture is going to be accomplished with the further development of the method in this paper.
