摘要: 为实现协同制造环境下制造系统服务过程的智能性,提出“需求—资源—服务—过程”为主线的按需制造范式,结合本体、语义推理等技术,提出制造系统基于语义网规则语言的服务过程按需推理框架;建立制造需求、资源、服务、过程的本体概念和关系模型,构建该框架的本体知识库;基于服务按需组合生成动态服务过程思想,运用IOPE模型描述语义Web服务功能语义和动态前后件服务交互特征,提取服务过程触发推理的描述逻辑规则,并通过规则到本体知识属性的映射构建语义规则;运用Protégé和Jess推理引擎实现推理的应用模型,通过推理实验证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To achieve the intelligence of manufacturing system's service process in collaborative manufacturing environment, a paradigm of manufacturing on demand based on Demand-Resources-Service-Process (DRSP) was proposed. Combined with the technologies of ontology, semantic reasoning, a reasoning framework of service process on demand based on Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) was for mulated. The ontology concept and relation model of manufacturing needs, resources, services and processes were constructed, and ontology knowledge base of reasoning framework was set up. Dynamic service process thought was generated based on the composition of service on demand. The semantic Web service function semantics and the dynamic service interactive feature of of before and after were described by Input-Output-Precondition-Effect (IOPE) model, and the Description Logic (DL) rules of service process trigger reasoning were extracted. Through the mapping from DL rule to ontology knowledge, SWRL rules were constructed. The application model of reasoning was achieved by Protégé and Jess reasoning engine, and validity of the method was demonstrated through the reasoning experiment.
