摘要: 为确保资源的可持续利用和良好的生态环境,从前端预防的理念出发构建可持续性功能创新过程模型,包括可持续性设计需求的获取、功能组合与优化、功能失效判定与消除、功能求解、可持续性评价等。基于所建立的可持续性功能创新过程模型进行了软件系统开发,并探索性地应用于太阳能电池生产线关键装置的创新设计,以验证方法与软件的可行性。

Abstract: The high level sustainable innovation was an effective resolution to sustainable problems, which was also the urgent need for enterprises commonly driven by factors such as market competition, consumer demand, laws and regulations. The sustainable function innovation belonged to a higher level sustainable innovation which mainly emphasized on improvement or redesign of product structure. Based on the concept of front end prevention, the innovation process model of sustainable function innovation was established, which mainly included acquisition of sustainable design requirements, function combination and optimization, function failure determination and elimination, function solving and sustainability assessment. And software development based on the model was also performed. Finally, the solar cell production line was taken as an example to validate the effectiveness of the above model.
