摘要: 将最小和最大时距的概念用于生产调度的网络计划建模,考虑到实际生产问题的效率因素,针对面向订单的生产调度实例,引入生产效率因子和转移批量调节因子,灵活控制各项目活动间时距的大小,从而控制整个生产项目的完成时间。该方法改进了一般的搭接网络时距的计算,适于实际生产问题的调度建模。

Abstract: The concepts of Minimum and Maximum time lags are applied in the network modeling of production scheduling problem. Production efficiency factor and transfer batch-size adjusting factor are introduced to make-to-order production scheduling problem considering the real production efficiency,then the time lags among activities of the project can be controlled so that the duration of the whole production is controlled. The algorithm of overlap time lags is developed and it can be applied to the real production modeling.
