摘要: 针对当前多级制造过程关键质量特性识别研究中的不足,将偏最小二乘回归方法与状态空间模型相结合,提出多级制造过程关键质量特性识别方法。依据串、并联多级制造过程的特点,引入状态空间方法构建混联结构的多级制造过程质量关系模型,利用偏最小二乘回归方法解决质量特性间的多重共线性等问题并进行模型分析,识别关键质量特性。以卷烟生产过程为例介绍了该方法的应用,实例表明该方法不但可以有效识别多级制造过程关键质量特性,而且能够建立混联结构下各级过程的输出质量对最终产品质量的影响及其质量特性之间相互关系的模型,反映多级制造过程的结构特征和各级过程质量特性之间的因果关系,为多级制造过程质量分析与控制提供依据。

Abstract: To improve the existing methods of identifying the key quality characteristics in multistage manufacturing process, an identification method for key quality characteristics in multi-stage manufacturing process was put forward by combining the Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) method with the state space model. According to the features of serial-parallel multistage manufacturing processes, the state space method was introduced to construct quality relationship model of serial-parallel multistage manufacturing process, and the PLSR method was used to solve the multi-collinearity problem in the quality characteristics, conduct model analysis and identify the key quality characteristics. The cigarette production process was taken as an example to introduce the application of the method. The result showed that this method not only could identify the key quality characteristics in multistage manufacturing process, but also established the interrelationship model of influence of output quality of various process on the final product quality, which reflected the structures of the multistage manufacturing process and causal relationships among quality characteristics at all process levels and provided the basis for quality analysis and control in multistage manufacturing process.
