摘要: 针对长时间持续作业、无人职守的精密机械装置的运行状态和故障的远程诊断问题,以FDM快速成型机为对象,采用VPON远程监视系统和图像处理技术,实现了快速成型机运行状态与停动故障的远程检测和诊断。还着重介 绍了系统软硬件环境的构建,以及故障识别过程中几个关键阈值的确定方法。

Abstract: To solve the problem of remote diagnosing faults for high-automatic long-period minute machines in their running period, the VPON remote monitoring system and image processing technology are used to carry out the remote diagnosis of FDM rapid prototyping machine breaking-down fault. This paper emphasizes on the introduction of the research environment and construction of tools and system. The decision methods of several key thresholds are also analyzed in the course of fault recognizing.
