摘要: 为了实现相交特征加工方案的自动生成,研究了各相交特征的位置关系、形状特征、几何参数对彼此工步排序的约束关系,以及特征工艺属性与加工方案之间的模糊映射和综合推理技术,提出相交特征加工链自动生成算法。由特征优先级决策算法输出相交特征加工序列,经模糊映射和综合推理生成对应的加工链,由加工操作优先级决策算法对加工元二次排序,实现了最终加工链的生成。通过对比分析同一实例分别应用基于制造特征加工链模糊推理技术和相交特征加工链自动生成算法生成的加工方案,表明了所提算法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: To implement the machining scheme automatic generation of interacting features,the constraint relationship between positional relationship,shape and geometric parameters of interacting features was researched.According to the fuzzy mapping and reasoning technology between processing scheme and process attribute,the process chain automatic generation algorithm of interacting features was proposed.The machining feature precedence decision-making algorithm was used to output the sequence of manufacturing features.By fuzzy mapping and synthesis reasoning of the features,the corresponding process chain was generated,and the machining element was reordered by manufacturing operation precedence decision-making algorithm.The generation of the final process chain was implemented.By analyzing the machining schemes which were generated by the process chain fuzzy reasoning technology of machining features and by the process chain automatic generation method of interacting features comparatively,the practical utility and effectiveness of the interacting features process chain automatic generation algorithm was demonstrated.
