Automatic approach of workpiece locating scheme in checking fixture design

摘要: 为了准确、稳定地定位具有复杂自由曲面的被检测零件,提出一种基于3-2-1约束的移动点法,使得定位点能够在被测零部件表面上连续移动,避免了传统算法因离散化工件模型所导致的精度损失。将定位准确性和稳定性作为评价指标,提出一种定位方案设计多目标优化和择优算法,能够无需人工干预地选取最终优化的权衡解。基于计算机辅助设计平台实现了相关算法,并通过实例验证了算法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: To hold a checked part with complex freeform surface accurately and stably in checking fixture design, a moving point method based on 3-2-1 constraint was proposed which made locator move on the part's surface continuously. It could remove the precision loss in traditional optimization methods by model discretization. At the same time, a multiobjective optimization and decision algorithm for locating scheme was proposed by taking the accuracy and stability as two optimization objects, and the final optimization solution was selected without manual intervention. The algorithm was realized based on CAD software and two case studies were presented to verify its feasibility and practicability.
