摘要: 案例推理是动态决策环境下求解不良结构问题的常用方法。本文将基于案例的推理方法用于多准则综合评价中,具体讨论了方案库和评价结果库的建立,并将其用关系数据库的格式进行存储,提出了基于灰色关联理论和模糊集理论相结合的相似度计算方法,从而可以准确地检索到相近案例,对给定方案给出定性或者定量的评价。

Abstract: Case-based reasoning is the most preferred method for uncertain decision in complex and dynamic situations. In this paper,we apply this method to multi-criteria evaluation. The method of building the scheme base and the result base is discussed and they are built according to the form of relational database. A method of calculating the similarity degree based on grey-relational theory and fuzzy-set theory is put forward. Thus, similar cases can be found out accurately and qualitative or quantitative evaluation of certain scheme can be given.
