面向敏捷制造的PDM总体结构研究

摘要: 盟员系统间的数据完整性和一致性,以及盟员系统的自主性和异构兼容性等,均是面向敏捷制造的PDM必须解决的问题。采用基于Web的多层C/S结构模式,构造面向敏捷制造的PDM总体结构,设计了系统的任务侦听器、任务分配器和任务分解器,满足了系统的总体需求。研究了面向敏捷制造的PDM的流程管理和基于STEP的信息模型,为盟员企业间共享动态的产品信息提供了统一的信息模型,也为异地协同设计和制造提供了有效手段。

Abstract: Considering the requirements of Agile Manufacturing(AM) oriented PDM,such as keeping the consistency and integrity of product data among member systems, keeping the independence and compatibility of the member system, the framework of AM oriented PDM is constructed. The framework, whose architecture is Web-based multi-layer Client/Sever, consists of such modules as Task Monitor, Task Analyzer, Task Distributor and Knowledge Base. All these modules make the AM oriented PDM system open, flexible and compatible. Based on the framework, the workflow management, which functions as the tool for collaborative design and manufacturing in different places, is studied on, and the uniform information model based on STEP is built up.
