摘要: 航空产品研制项目结构复杂、风险因素多,直接应用现有的风险识别技术,难以高效、准确地识别项目中潜在的各种风险。本文提出了风险识别的特征-因子建模技术,建立了基于核对表和鱼刺图的特征-因子模型。并以航空产品研制项目为例,分析了风险识别的特征-因子建模技术的具体应用,为实现高效、准确地识别航空项目风险提供了实用的方法与工具,初步解决了航空项目中的风险识别难题。

Abstract: The aviation product development project has complicated structure and too many risk factors. It is difficult to use the existing risk recognition technology to identify all kinds of potential risk in the project accurately. This article proposes the risk recognition feature-factor modeling technology, which is set up on the basis of checklist and flow chart. It has analyzed the application of characteristic-factor modeling on the risk identification of aviation product development project. The technology of characteristic-factor modeling has solved the difficult problem about risk identification of aviation development project primarily.
