摘要: 为了提高企业管理活动之间的效率,应用耗散结构、协同、熵等理论方法构造了协同熵函数。构建了企业业务管理系统的协同性评价结构,建立了管理业务之间的协同影响力矩阵及各管理层次的协同熵函数,并基于协同熵构造了各管理层次的协同度及协同效率的评价模型,建立了生产效率与协同效率的数学关系。以上海汽车工业集团汽车服务贸易的管理活动为研究对象,依据所建立的评价模型,计算出各管理层次的协同熵、协同度、协同效率及生产效率,并对各管理层次的协同指标及生产效率进行了分析。结果验证了该评价模型的合理性。

Abstract: Co-entropy function was constructed based on dissipative structures, collaboration theory and entropy theory. The collaborative evaluation structure of enterprise business management system, the collaborative influence matrix between management business and the co-entropy function of all management levels were established. Moreover, evaluation models of collaborative degree and collaboration efficiency for all management levels were constructed based on co-entropy. The mathematical relationship between collaboration efficiency and production efficiency was formulated. Through taking the trade service management activities of Shanghai Automotive Industry Group as research object, the co-entropy, collaboration degree, collaboration efficiency and production efficiency of each management level were calculated according to the established evaluation model, while the collaborative index and the production efficiency of all management levels were analyzed. The research result proved the rationality of this evaluation model.
