摘要: 为提高三维布线的效率,提出一种在骨架模型中进行快速自动布线的方法。首先定义布线实体模型中的支架、电连接器、电子设备的属性;然后收集布线基准特征并创建骨架模型;最后在网络路径中根据线缆的属性和连接关系实现线缆的自动生成和装配。通过对某系统线缆敷设的应用实验表明,根据电连接器节点数据表与三维模型的连接关系,该方法能够自动完成三维布线,方便地实现各种连接器的变更,自动生成线缆分支图及各种线缆的信息报表,明显提高布线效率;生成的线缆圆滑,与真实线缆非相似,得到的线缆长度结果对工程制造有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of 3D wiring, a fast automatic wiring method based on skeleton model was proposed. The properties of holder, electronic connector and electronic equipment of wiring solid model were defined. Wiring features were collected and skeleton model was built. According to cable properties and connection relationship, the cables were generated and assembled automatically in network path. The application example of a system cable wiring showed that the method could achieve automatic 3D wiring according to the relationship between electronic connector node tables and 3D model, realize the change of various electronic connectors conveniently, and generate cable branching diagram and information reports automatically. The efficiency of wiring was improved remarkably. The generated cable was similar to real one, and the length result had guiding significance for engineering manufacturing.
