摘要: 为适应面向服务的网络化云制造模式,提升中小企业工业设计水平,提出云制造环境下的工业设计电子服务系统架构。基于活动理论对工业设计电子服务进行建模,提取活动主体、客体、工具等要素,建立电子服务系统的活动结构和层次分析框架。分析云制造环境对工业设计电子服务的作用机制,建立服务生产、协作、分配和消费子系统,并阐述了基于网络的设计服务资源集成和增强用户体验的人机交互等关键实现技术。给出一个面向灯具产品的工业设计电子服务应用系统实例,通过在相关企业运行,表明其能有效提高产品设计质量和设计工作效率。

Abstract: To adapt to network cloud manufacturing mode oriented to service, and to improve industrial design level for medium and small enterprises, E-service system architecture for industrial design in cloud manufacturing was proposed. The activity theory was used to model the industrial design E-service, and the key elements such as subjects, objects and tools were extracted, thus the activity structure of E-service system and the analysis hierarchy were constructed. The functions of cloud manufacturing environment on industrial design E-service were analyzed, and sub-systems of service generation, service collaboration, service distribution and service consumption were set up. Besides, network based key technologies of design service resource integration and user experience enhanced human computer interaction were described. An industrial design E-service application system for lamp products was presented, and the design quality and work efficiency was improved through the systems operation in related enterprises.
