摘要: 针对云设计环境下设计资源具有分布性、异构性和面向服务等特点,以及中小制造企业对外部设计资源和设计能力的需求,以语义Web为基础,设计了一种能够实现设计资源集成共享并支持中小企业内外部资源整合与产业协作的云设计服务平台。给出了云平台的层次体系结构与运行机制;探讨了基于Web服务和本体论的资源虚拟化和云资源池构建方法,建立了面向产品信息模型的资源动态能力与客户需求表述模型,研究了基于语义推理的资源搜索匹配算法以及平台运行调度与监控等;采用Flex和Java开发了云平台原型,并以使用UG终端仿真服务设计起落架外筒为运行案例,验证了云平台的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of the design resource such as distributed, heterogeneous and service-oriented under cloud design environment and the requirement of small and medium manufacturing enterprises for external design resource and design capabilities, a semantic Web based cloud design service platform was designed which could realize design resource integration sharing and support small and medium enterprises'resource integration and industrial cooperation. The hierarchical architecture and the operation mechanism of cloud platform were given. The construction methods of resource virtualization and cloud resource pool based on Web service and ontology was discussed. Resource dynamic capabilities and customer demand expression model oriented to product information model was built. Semantic reasoning based resource retrieval and matching algorithm was studied. Through Flex and Java, a cloud platform prototype system was developed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed platform was verified by using UG software to design a landing gear cylinder.
