摘要: 针对产品详细设计过程中工作流模型的建立问题,提出了一种基于产品结构树的工作流动态建模方法。首先构建产品及零部件工作流的动态模板库;然后建立产品结构树与零部件工作流模板库的映射关系;最后通过动态节点的细化,形成产品设计的工作流程模型实例。以大型天线结构为工程案例进行了验证,结果表明,本方法在运行时刻可以根据产品结构树的零部件实例及其隶属关系动态生成产品设计过程的工作流模型,很好地解决了产品设计过程中工作流的动态建模问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of workflow modeling in design process with changing the product structure, a dynamic workflow modeling method was put forward based on Product Structure Tree(PST). Workflow active template library of product and component was constructed, and the mapping relation between workflow template of components and PST was established. Through dynamic node refinement, product workflow model instance was formed. The actual engineering case of large-scale antenna structure development was used to verify the instance. The result showed that workflow model of product design process was generated dynamically according to the components instance of PST and its membership relation at run time, thus the dynamic workflow modeling problem in product design process was solved.
