Abstract: To address the security problems and weaknesses, and to enhance the stability of collaborative production networked organizations, a process model for system vulnerability analysis based on complex networks theory was proposed. Combination of the characteristics and influence factors, a technical program for vulnerability analysis of collaborative production networked organizations was established. The feasibility of the process model and technical program was verified by the case of a typical heavy chemical company.Moreover, the relationship between system vulnerability and network topology was discussed in three failure modes.
