摘要: 为解决常规拆卸模式下机电产品零部件的不可拆卸性对拆卸序列生成的影响,提出部分破坏模式下的拆卸序列规划方法。构建拆卸无向图模型来描述产品约束信息。基于自底向上思想设计了目标反推法,以生成部分破坏模式下的目标序列。为高效地进行信息集成,提出基于约束内容的混合约束矩阵,并分别建立常规拆卸模式和部分破坏模式下的拆卸成本判据。利用目标序列与获取的常规拆卸序列进行成本比较,最终生成产品的最优拆卸序列。以一个滚筒洗衣机为例,用所述方法进行部分破坏模式下的拆卸序列规划,结果表明,该方法能够有效提高拆卸效率,降低拆卸成本。

Abstract: To reduce the influence of electromechanical products'existing components which could not be disassembled in Normal Disassembly Mode(NDM)on Disassembly Sequence Planning(DSP), a DSP approach with Partial Destruction Mode(PDM)was proposed. A disassembly undirected graph model was constructed to describe the constraint information of products. Based on the bottom-up ideas, the objective sequence in PDM was generated by Object Inverse Method(OIM). A mixed constraint matrix based on constraint content was presented to integrate information efficiently, and the rules for cost evaluations in NDM and PDM were established separately. The optimum disassembly sequence was obtained by comparing the cost between objective sequence and normal sequence. A case study of washing machine was used to demonstrate that the proposed method could not only reduce the disassembly cost but improve the disassembly efficiency more effectively.
