摘要: 产品概念设计过程中,为准确获得满足需求的结构方案,提出需求/结构映射的灰关联相似性匹配与求解方法。在灰关联相似性匹配与求解的两级实例推理模型中,设计了需求转化和功能求解的分层次灰关联求解映射策略。建立规范的需求/功能编码形式,并设定初步检索规则,缩小实例检索范围;设定差异信息比较规则,采用灰关联分析进行实例匹配,将需求和功能权重引入灰关联度的计算公式,使得推理求解符合概念设计的实际应用,自动获取产品概念设计的结构方案。通过在花蛤采收机和包装粉碎机设计中的应用,验证了该模型的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract: To accurately obtain the structure schemes, a method of similarity matching and reasoning for requirements/structure mapping based on grey relational theory was put forward.In automatic two-stage case-based reasoning model of grey relational similarity matching and solving, a hierarchical grey relational solving mapping strategy was designed to complete requirement conversion and function solving. Normative requirement/function code form was used and the rules of preliminary information retrieval were set to narrow the scope of case retrieval. The comparative rules of differences information were set up, and requirements and functions index weights were introduced to the grey relational grade formula by matching case with grey relational analysis. Thus product conceptual design structure schemes could be automatically obtained to make the reasoning solution fit for practical application of conceptual design. The effectiveness and feasibility of the model were verified through applications of clam harvest machine and packaging crusher.
