摘要: 在运用质量屋进行前期产品需求规划的过程中,为解决多约束条件下的技术特征配置问题,对传统质量屋的结构进行改造,提出基于满意度与投入约束的需求规划决策模型。该模型通过分析以公理化信息距离为基础的满意度量化法,综合考虑多种投入约束下的配置条件,运用整数规划求解的方法得到产品需求规划的技术特征配置。以自动贩卖机为实例,对该方法进行了应用验证。

Abstract: In the process of product requirement pre-planning by using House of Quality (HoQ),to solve the technical characteristics configuration under multi-constraint condition,the traditional HoQ structure was reformed,and a requirement planning decision model based on satisfaction and input-constraint was proposed.Through analyzed the quantitative method of satisfaction based on axiomatic information distance,the technical characteristics configuration of product requirement planning was obtained by considering the multiple input-constraint configuration condition and adopting the method of integer programming solving.The proposed method was validated through performing a case study of coin machine.
