摘要: 为实现大型装备制造与装配精度的控制,构建了激光跟踪仪与关节测量臂联合测量的组合式测量系统,提出了一种基于对应配准数据残差平方和最小的冗余测量数据空间配准方法,得到了基于系统测量不确定度最小的冗余测量数据加权融合规则。实验结果表明:该实验组合式测量方法克服了传统“蛙跳”测量过程中测量误差终端测量设备转站次数的增加而累积的缺陷,充分体现了组合式测量的高精度、高速、高效的技术优势。

Abstract: To control the manufacturing and assembly precision of the large scale equipments, a combinatorial measurement system composed of a laser tracker and a multi-joints measuring arm was constructed. A spatial registration method for redundant data based on least residual sum of squares was proposed,and a weighted fusion criterion based on least measuring uncertainty was obtained. The experimental results showed that the combinatorial measurement method overcame the defects which the measurement error accumulated with the increase of the number of moving stations in the traditional leapfrog measurement, and fully embodied the technical advantages of extra precision, high speed and high efficiency.
