摘要: 针对目前数控信息管理重复、无序、分散从而影响产品生产效率等问题,提出了基于产品数据管理的产品数字化设计与数控加工集成信息模型。从计算机辅助设计三维建模、零件信息管理、产品物料清单管理、零件计算机辅助制造处理、数控程序生成、车间排程与数控程序库等方面构建数控加工信息集成模型。通过产品结构信息和零部件信息的集成、车间排程与数控加工信息的关联,以及数控系统与计算机之间的串行通讯等方法,实现了基于产品数据管理的产品数字化设计、排程与制造的集成。提出的方法在产品开发中得到了实际的应用。

Abstract: To deal with the problems on repetition, disorder, scattering and production efficiency of Numerical Control (NC) information management, product digital design and NC machining integrated information model based on Product Data Management (PDM) was proposed. The integrated model of NC machining information was set up from the perspectives of Computer Aided Design (CAD) 3D modeling, part information management, product Bill Of Material (BOM) management, part Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) management, creation of NC program, Shop Scheduling and NC database. The PDM-based integration of product digital design, shop scheduling and manufacturing was realized by integrating product structure information and part information, associating shop scheduling and NC machining information, and using serial communication method between NC systems and computers. The proposed method was applied in practical project, and the research results showed that this method was feasible and effective.
