摘要: 为解决五轴加工在奇异点附近产生过大非线性误差、易对工件和机床造成损害的问题,以AC双转台五轴机床为研究对象,提出一种基于雅可比矩阵的奇异区域检测和处理算法。建立了五轴机床雅可比矩阵的参数式,代入相邻点机床各轴的运动变化量,通过检查雅可比矩阵的条件数来判断当前加工是否处于奇异区域内。对于雅可比矩阵“病态”程度严重的路径区间,结合刀位数据和各轴运动量构造新刀位点进行了递归插值。通过仿真验证了该检测处理算法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve problems of excessively large non-linear error and damages to the workpiece and the machine tool near singular points in five-axis machining, took AC dual-table five-axis machine tool as study object,an algorithm based on Jacobian matrix to detect and treat singular area was advanced. The general parameter formula of Jacobian matrix of five-axis machine tools was set up. And then, changes of axis between two consecutive points were substituted into the Jacobian matrix. By checking the condition number of the Jacobian matrix, whether the tool was in singular area or not was concluded. For serious path section of Jacobian matrix ill-condition, a recursive interpolation, which was based on both the initial cutting location data and the value of axis was proceeded. A simulation test was performed to verify the effectiveness of this algorithm.
