下游开发活动纳入上游开发活动动态信息研究

摘要: 基于知识累积率和上游信息与下游开发活动的相关性,给出了上游开发活动释放信息的经验判别条件。针对下游开发活动纳入上游开发活动动态信息的时间,在开发周期一定、下游开发活动绩效进化曲线非线性且时间连续的条件下,通过构造考虑信息收益与纳入动态信息发生的返工成本权衡的净收益模型,证明了净收益极大值的存在性。在此基础上给出了下游开发活动纳入上游开发活动动态信息的时间阈值,当信息到达时刻大于等于该阈值时就应纳入该信息,否则先忽视该信息以等待更多的信息。最后通过算例证明了模型的合理性。

Abstract: An experience condition for information released by upstream activities was presented based on knowledge accumulation rate and relevance between upstream information and downstream activities. Aiming at the time of downstream activities incorporating dynamic information of upstream activities, a model of net benefit was constructed considering trade-off between benefits and the rework cost of incorporation on the premise of a fixed deadline, non-linear evolution of performance and uninterruppted time. Net benefit maximization was proved to be existed. A threshold for downstream activities incorporating dynamic information of upstream activities was presented. That was to say, incorporation only occurred when the information arriving time was greater than or equal to this threshold, otherwise ignored this piece of information to wait for more information. A numerical example was given to verify the rationality of the model.
