摘要: 已有知识管理系统中存在知识泛滥、知识迷航等现象,为提高企业知识资源的服务能力,促进企业知识的不断增值,提出了一种以业务过程为导向、以知识需求为驱动的集人、过程、知识为一体的知识主动推送服务系统构建方法。分析了基于业务过程的知识需求,阐述了知识需求的概念,给出了一种结构化元知识的表示方法和知识地图模型的构建技术;在企业知识组织的基础上,研究了一种基于工作流引擎和知识引擎双驱动的知识主动推送实现机制;通过对某服装企业生产业务的实例分析,说明了所提方法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: There exist problems of knowledge overflow and knowledge disorientation in knowledge management system, to improve the service ability of knowledge resources and to promote value-added knowledge in enterprises, a business process-oriented and knowledge requirement-driven construction method for active knowledge push service system was proposed. The method integrated human, process and knowledge. Knowledge requirements based on business process were analyzed, the concept of knowledge requirement was defined, and an approach of structural meta-knowledge description and construction of knowledge map model was presented. An implementation mechanism of knowledge push service was studied based on dual drives from a workflow engine and a knowledge engine. A case study of a production business process in a clothing enterprise was provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
