摘要: 在客户需求、单位产品的价格、单位产品的生产成本和可用资源数量都是三角模糊变量的条件下,基于可信性规划建立了模糊生产计划模型。通过对模糊目标和约束的清晰化,将模糊生产计划模型转化为清晰等价形式,用非固定多段映射罚函数法将其转化为无约束两目标优化问题,并利用向量评价给出了求解此模型的改进粒子群算法。最后通过一个应用案例说明了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: A fuzzy production planning model was established based on credibility programming on condition that customer requirement, product price, cost of unit product as well as available resources number were triangle fuzzy variables.Fuzzy production planning model was transformed into a clear-equivalent by clarifying fuzzy objectives and constraints. Then, the clear model was transformed into unconstrained two-objective optimization problem by using non-stationary multi-stage assignment penalty function method. Vector Evaluated Particle Swarm Optimization (VEPSO) algorithm was given to solve this model. Finally, effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an application example.
