Abstract: To solve the problem of Web service selection in enterprise information system integration, a service recommendation model based on Quality of Service (QoS) and users'recommendation was presented. Firstly, the QoS comprehensive index was calculated according to the QoS calculation model. Then, a group of users with similar rating were selected by Pearson correlation coefficient, and the recommendation of the service was calculated by the index of rating similarity and the user rating. By combining the two values, the reputation of Web service was calculated to select the optimal Web service. Moreover, for the problem of malicious recommendation, a method was proposed to calculate the reliability of user rating. Finally, based on the model, a service recommendation platform was developed. The experimental results showed that the model could improve the ratio of satisfactory recommendations efficiently.
