摘要: 针对机械产品多元质量特性重要度排序的复杂性,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法和信息熵的模糊综合方法,以有效处理传统单一方法计算过程存在的主观性和模糊性问题。综合运用模糊理论和模糊层次分析法建立了多元质量特性重要度排序模型,用三角模糊数表示模糊比较判断的方法计算主观权重,并使用信息熵确定质量特性指标层的客观权重。应用模糊Borda方法组合模糊层次分析法和信息熵法进行排序,根据模糊Borda数值大小最终决定多元质量特性的重要度。通过具体实例验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of importance sorting for multiple quality characteristics of mechanical product, the fuzzy comprehensive method based on Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and information entropy was presented. Therefore, the subjective and ambiguous problems existing in the computational process of conventional methods was solved effectively. Fuzzy theory and FAHP were introduced to establish the importance sorting model for multiple quality characteristics. Then, the subjective weights were computed by the method of fuzzy comparison which was expressed by the triangular fuzzy number, while the objective weights of the quality characteristics were obtained by Information entropy. In addition, the importance of multiple quality characteristics was sorted by fuzzy Borda method combining with FAHP and Information Entropy, and finally determined according to the value of fuzzy Borda. The rationality and feasibility of this synthesis method was illustrated by a practical example.
