摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了2002年11月在布鲁塞尔召开的欧盟第六框架计划发布会的内容。该计划是一个联合欧洲研究力量与工业界共同发展科技的大规模计划，是西方唯一对中国开放的高科技计划，可以为我国高技术发展提供很好的参考，同时也为国家863计划开展国际合作提供了良好的机遇。

Abstract: The contents of the Sixth Framework Program of EU that were issued in Brussels in Nov. 2002 are introduced. The program is a large scale one to combine European researchers, institutes and industries to develop S&T. As the only high-tech. program that the west society opens to China, it can provide good reference to our high-tech. researchs, and can provide good international cooperation for our National High-Tech. R&D Program.
