摘要: 为科学地预测、准确地计划汽车产业链三包服务中的配件,针对汽车产业链平台“三包”服务业务中的配件计划特点与问题,对零部件故障规律与汽车配件替换关系进行了研究,提出了支持“三包”服务的基于动态故障规律的配件需求预测模型。以汽车产业链平台售后服务数据为数据源,求解了配件动态故障分布函数,在此基础上对模型进行了求解,并给出了预测模型在汽车产业链协作平台的实际应用,验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract: To conduct scientific forecast on the automobile parts in the service collaborative business and accurately plan in automobile industry chain, according to the characteristics and problems of the automobile parts plan in “three guarantees” service, the fault law of the automobile parts and replace relationship between new parts and fault parts were studied, and the forecasting model of automobile parts demands supporting “three guarantees” service based on dynamic fault law was proposed. Then taking the historical data of after-sale service in the automotive industry chain platform as the data source, and on the basis of the solution of the dynamic fault distribution function of the automobile, the proposed model was solved. Finally, the practical application of forecasting model was given and the validity of the model was verified.
