摘要: 为有效地组织和管理海量的产品维修信息资源,从降低信息资源组织的数据冗余度出发,对维修物料清单的结构进行了优化设计和分析。从信息资源组织和管理的角度对维修信息资源进行了分类,分析比较了各类维修信息资源的特点,据此设计出由中性物料清单、位置物料清单和实例物料清单等单树式结构组成的复合式维修物料清单结构。通过比较两种物料清单中数据节点的总个数,证明了复合式维修物料清单能够大幅减少单树式维修物料清单中的数据冗余,从而更好地保证数据一致性。最后介绍了复合式维修物料清单管理的关键技术和实现。

Abstract: In order to effectively organize and manage the mass maintenance information resources so as to reduce data redundancy and enhance data consistency, optimized design and analysis were conducted on the structure of maintenance Bill of Material (BOM). Maintenance information resources of complex products were classified from the perspectives of information resources organization and management. Through the analysis of different types of equipment data's characteristics from four perspectives, the compound maintenance BOM composed of neutral BOM, position BOM and instance BOM was put forward. Then the number of the nodes in the compound maintenance BOM was compared to the ones in the single-tree Maintenance BOM and a case study was discussed. The result showed that the compound maintenance BOM could significantly reduce data redundancy and enhance data consistency comparing to the single-tree Maintenance BOM. Finally key technologies and implementation of the compound maintenance BOM management were introduced.
