摘要: 为实现以产品为核心的全生命周期检测信息集成,支持产品设计的优化,提出了基于产品全生命周期的设计检测管理模型,研究了Teamcenter(TC)架构中的权限管理和工作流模块,分析了在工作流中加入检测节点的关键技术及实现方法。建立了产品全生命周期检测信息管理的松耦合检测结构,并提供粗粒度集成接口,在此基础上设计了产品研发过程中面向设计的检测代理,基于该代理开发了某型号涡轮叶片设计规范检测模块。通过运行实例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Targeting on product-centric validation information integration during product life cycle and to support design optimization, design validation manager data model based on Product Lifecycle Management-Teamcenter (PLM-TC) was proposed. Authorization management and workflow module in Teamcenter (TC) architecture were studied. Key technology for implementing validation nodes in workflow was analyzed. The loosely coupled validation structure for product life cycle was constructed. And coarse-gained application program interface was provided. On this basis, a design-oriented design validation agent was created in product R&D process. Based on this agent, a turbine blade design specifications validation module was developed. Finally,a case-study was provided to illustrate and verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
