摘要: 围绕产品数字化研制中性能设计与可靠性维修性保障性设计过程不能有效集成与结合的问题,定义并实现了具有柔性的分布式综合设计过程模型。针对产品综合设计过程中存在的有意迭代、强烈耦合、项目可选以及确定与非确定过程并存等特征,引入了灰盒节点、黑盒节点等概念和柔性化过程模型元素,并提出了分阶段、分层次相结合的分布式过程模型定义方案,支持将可靠性维修性保障性设计工作合理地融入到复杂产品的研制过程中。以产品生命周期管理技术及其典型数字化支撑环境为依托,通过对典型板级电子产品的综合设计过程模型进行实例化和应用实施,验证了所建立的综合设计过程模型的柔性和有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problems of poor effective integration and combination of Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability (RMS) design with performance design during present product digital development process, a distributed comprehensive design process model with flexibility was defined and implemented. Aiming at characteristics existing in comprehensive product design process such as intentional iteration, strong coupling, work item selectivity, coexistence of determinate and non-determinate process, concepts of gray-box node, black-box node and flexible process modeling elements were introduced. A complete scheme by stages and levels for distributed definition of process model was presented so that RMS design could be effectively and reasonably integrated into the complex product development. Supported by Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology and typical digital design environment platform, a process model for typical board level electronics integrated design was examplified and applied into practice. The application and implementation results showed that the process model had enough flexibility to support effective integrated design.
