摘要: 为提高模块知识的重用性和模块的可重构性,针对现有模块设计缺乏对模块设计知识充分重用的缺点,提出了面向网络化实例推理的可重构模块设计方法。依据实例推理的模块设计方法,提出了基于网络的模块设计实例检索机制。在检索中对模块采用统一数据结构进行实例描述,通过模糊粗糙集对模块特征属性进行动态约减和权重计算,通过相似度算法进行匹配找出合适的模块实例。以参数化模块实例为基础,通过对实例的重构获得所需模块。以包装企业为例,开发了基于实例推理的网络化模块设计系统,实现了基于实例推理的网络化可重构模块设计。

Abstract: To improve reusability of module knowledge and module reconfigurability, aiming at the module design system which couldn't make full reuse of knowledge of module design case, a reconfigurable module design method oriented to networked case based reasoning was proposed. According to this method, the networked case searching mechanism based on module design case was put forward. In this searching method, module was described by using unified data structure. Feature attribute of module was dynamically reduced and weight was computed by fuzzy rough set. The appropriate design case was found by the module similarity computation. Based on parametric modules, needed module was obtained by case reconfiguration. A networked module design system based on case based reasoning was developed in a packaging machinery enterprise. And the networked reconfigurable module design based on case was realized.
