摘要: 在全球制造激烈竞争的环境下,设备维护管理对于制造企业降低成本,提高效益,在全球市场上保持其竞争力和较高的顾客满意度等方面,将起着至关重要的作用。本文结合天津钢管公司CIMS/PIMS的实施与应用开发过程,提出了设备集成化维护管理系统的解决方案,详细地阐述了该系统的需求分析、网络体系结构、三层数据结构模型和实现方式,并进行了实施效益分析。

Abstract: With the competition in manufacturing industry, the Plant Integrated Maintenance System(PIMS) is playing an extremely important role for manufacturing enterprises in some aspects such as decreasing costs, increasing benefits, holding competitiveness advantage, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This paper, combining with the implementation and development of CIMS/PIMS for Tianjin Steel-Pipe Corporation, proposes the total solution of PIMS for CIMS enterprises and illustrates in details the needs analysis, network architecture, three-level data structure model and the way of realization of PIMS. It also conducts the analysis of benefits for implementation of PIMS.
