摘要: 在夹具设计中,为了分析与计算定位误差,保证工件的加工精度,提出了基于矢量角度和优化技术的定位误差自动算法。首先通过工件与夹具的装配结构关系,建立了经过接触点的定位误差尺寸链搜索方法;然后基于矢量角度的推算,将定位误差尺寸链转化为有约束优化问题,以实现定位误差的自动计算。该方法为计算机辅助夹具设计系统的开发提供了基础理论。

Abstract: In order to analyze and calculate location errors and to ensure the machining accuracy in the fixture design, based on the vector angle and optimization technology, the automatic calculation approach for location errors was proposed. Firstly, according to the assembly relationship between the workpiece and fixture, a search approach to dimension chain was established to pass contact points. And then, based on the vector angle calculation approach, the dimension chain with location errors was converted to constrained optimization problem so as to realize automatic calculation of location errors. The proposed method provided the basic theory for the development of computer aided fixture system.
