摘要: 为了利用快速成形技术制造功能梯度材料零件,在分析以往基于设计的功能梯度材料零件计算机辅助设计模型的基础上,提出一种基于制造的功能梯度材料零件计算机辅助设计模型。采用PIC格式存储层片轮廓,存储层片材料分布向量的数据结构为四叉树和线性表,材料分布向量精度可调且存储空间可以优化。基于该模型,提出一种新的材料分布向量计算方法,实例证明该方法计算材料分布向量简单。采用不符合要求的采样点占总采样点百分比λ作为判定依据,比以往判定依据更灵活。基于此判据提出一种基于材料特征的层厚计算方法,实例证明该算法正确、有效。

Abstract: To manufacture functionally graded material parts by rapid prototyping techniques, according to the analysis on the design-based Computer Aided Design (CAD) models of functionally graded material parts in the past, a manufacturing-based CAD model was put forward. In this model, PIC format was used to store slice profiles. Data structure for storing materials information of slices consisted of quad-tree and linear list. The accuracy of materials information could be adjusted and storage space could be optimized. By this model, a new calculating method of materials distribution vector was proposed. Examples proved that the calculation of the materials distribution vector was simple. The percentage λ, which represented the proportion of sampling points not according with the requirements in the total samples, was adopted as a new determination criteria. It was more flexible than those in the past. According to this criteria, a layer thickness caculation method based on materials features was proposed, which was proved to be correct and effective.
