Abstract: Based on structured modeling method and the characteristics of enterprise resource optimization model, an implementation method for enterprise resource optimization model system was proposed. This method extracted the primary characteristics of the discrete manufacturing enterprises, abstracted the basic elements of the enterprise resource optimization model, described the relationships between logistics and technical processes within the manufacturing system, and therefore enabled the modeling system with higher compatibility. The simulation test using the randomly generated data and actual operation data proved that this method was feasible and was compatible to most manufacturing enterprises.
