摘要: 针对零件分类码不能有效支持相似结构零件的检索问题,提出一种基于装配结构模型的零件结构编码方法。该方法将零件设计功能面邻接图中的环结构和分支结构分别通过断环和圆括弧描述,用字母和数字的线性序列来表示零件的装配结构。借鉴化学数据库中化合物的线性符号表示法,提出了零件结构编码的基本规则,规范表达规则和定性几何约束表达规则,并以法兰盘为例验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at classification codes being not valid for retrieving similar structure parts, a kind of structure code based on assembly structure models was presented. The assembly structure model of part consisted of design function surfaces and their layout. The type, boundary shape, surface attribute of part design function surfaces were expressed by their own symbols respectively, the topology relation and qualitative spatial relation were defined by function surface adjacent graph and qualitative geometrical constraint graph respectively. Branches in an adjacent graph were specified by enclosing them in parentheses, cyclic structures were represented by breaking one link relation in each ring. In this way, the part assembly structure could be expressed by a line notation of letters and digits. On the basis of referring to the line notation for compounds in chemical database, the standard rules, unique rules and qualitative geometry constraint rules of encoding structure were presented. The method was validated by taking flanges as example.
