摘要: 为有效保证自顶向下协同装配设计中分布装配模型的一致性,提出了基于智能体的变动传播方法,以便及时将分布装配模型的变动更新到相关站点。通过服务器和客户端智能体间的交互协作,自动监控装配模型的变动,由服务器端的智能体进一步推理装配模型的变动对象及其分布,以基于命令的方式更新服务器和相关客户端的装配模型。该方法不仅能有效处理工程约束变动、特征变动和装配约束变动,而且能有效处理装配模型不同层次之间的关联变动。通过液压机械手协同装配设计的变动传播实例,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To ensure the consistency of the distributed assembly models during the collaborative top-down assembly design, an agent based approach was presented for addressing variation propagation which effectively updated the distributed assembly models. The assembly model changes were automatically monitored through the interaction and cooperation of the agents located at the clients and server. The changes and distributions of the related distributed assembly models were reasoned by the agent located at the server. Based on the reasoning result the distributed assembly models of the related clients and the server were updated in a command based mechanism. The approach could effectively deal with engineering constraint variations, feature variations, assembly constraint variations and hierarchical variations. The approach was implemented and verified through a variation propagation example during the collaborative top-down design of a manipulator.
