摘要: 针对已有的规划方程方法和基于多代理的方法在解决复杂的生产计划和调度集成问题时所面临的建模过程复杂、求解困难等问题,提出了一种基于工作流技术的分层调度模型,采用面向过程的思想,分别描述计划过程和调度过程。然后,提出了基于协调的生产计划和调度集成系统及其相应的集成算法。实例证明,本文提出的建模方法易于直观理解,求解快速有效。

Abstract: When the programming-based method and multi-agent system (MAS) are applied in integrated manufacturing planning and scheduling, difficulties such as it is hard to model the problem and it costs much time to get a solution are met. In this paper, a new Workflow-based Hierarchy Scheduling Model (WBHSM) is proposed. Process-oriented modeling is adopted to describe planning process and scheduling process. Then the Cooperative Workflow-based Integrated Scheduling System (CWISS) and relative algorithm are put forward. An example is showed.
