Abstract: To solve two problems in real decision-making process： diversified expressions of preference information from various decision-makers, existing already-known decisions, a group decision-making model based on dominance rough set theory was proposed to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem. A method was firstly provided in this model to integrate seven common different forms of preference information. An improved Sem Naive Scaler algorithm was used to decentralize the data in the rough set table. Finally, rules extracted from the decentralized data based on dominance rough set theory were applied to the entire information table to rank all the alternative decisions.
