摘要: 为满足烟草企业提高烟支品质和设备信息化的要求,研发了一种烟支实时测控系统。该系统以标准PC和商用I/O硬件为硬件平台,采用RTX对Windows进行实时扩展。将烟支重量控制与紧头跟踪系统、在线质量检测系统和OPC服务器,以可配置功能模块方式集成在该系统中,系统功能可以裁减和扩展。该系统已成功应用在国内某烟机厂和部分烟草企业,证明该系统可以满足企业对每支烟进行检测分析的实时要求。

Abstract: To improve the quality of the cigarette and meet the requirements of digital management of the equipments in the tobacco enterprises, a real time inspection and control system for the cigarettes production chain was developed. The real time extension function was realized with RTX under the environment of Windows based on the platform of standard PC architecture and commercial off-the shelf I/O hardware. The cigarettes weight control and dense-end position tracking subsystem, online quality inspection subsystem and OPC server were integrated in one system as independent function module. Functions of this system could be reconfigured or extended to meet specific application requirements. The proposed system was applied in the tobacco machinery companies and some tobacco enterprises in China. Application results showed that the real-time inspection & analysis for each cigarette could be realized.
