摘要: 面向回收的产品设计中,与或图拆卸回收模型的顶点和边的组合爆炸是应用的瓶颈。为此,在集合论和与或图的基础上,定义了集合与或图,并使之映射到产品拆卸过程,定义了拆卸与或图,并根据产品实际可能的拆卸操作、产品的拆卸回收策略等信息,建立了6条筛选准则,用以合理地减少拆卸与或图模型中顶点和边的数量,同时保证模型的完备性。最后,给出了计算机主机箱拆卸与或图建模的实例。

Abstract: The large quantity of vertices and edges is the bottleneck of AND/OR graph model used in Design for Recycling(DFR). Therefore, Set AND/OR Graph was defined on the basis of set theory and AND/OR graph. By mapping Set AND/OR Graph to disassembly process of product, the Disassembly AND/OR Graph was defined as disassembly-recycling model. Then, according to the information on actual possible disassembly operations and disassembly-recycling strategy, 6 screening rules were designed to reduce the vertices and the edges and ensure the completeness of the model. An example of Disassembly AND/OR Graph model for the computer main case is presented.
