摘要: 在供应链运作参考模型的基础上,通过增加逆向制造流程和物流信息流程,建立了一种循环物流链运作参考模型。该模型便于从正向和逆向的有形物流和无形信息流程中全面分析循环物流链的运作和潜在的风险。对循环物流链进行了风险源分析,针对六大类风险源列举了相应的风险因素,说明了循环物流链风险的特点。给出了一种循环物流链的风险控制系统框架,讨论了其中的风险监测、风险识别、风险评估等主要环节。采用效用函数对六种风险控制策略进行了形式化描述。建立了一种风险控制策略的数学模型,并将其表达为关于风险控制成本及其效用函数的优化问题,有助于合理选择风险控制策略,提高物流运作效率。

Abstract: Based on supply chain operational reference model, by adding the reverse manufacturing process and logistics information process, a cycle logistics chain operation reference model was established. Operations and potential risks of the cycle logistics chain were comprehensively analyzed from both positive and reverse tangible logistics process and intangible information process. A risk source analysis of the cycle logistics chain was conducted, and against six major source of risk, some corresponding risk factors were listed. Characteristics of the risk of the cycle logistics chain were described. Then, a framework of risk control system for the cycle logistics chain was presented and some key areas such as risk monitoring, risk identification and risk assessment were discussed, and the utility function was used to formally describe six kinds of risk control strategy. Finally, a mathematical model of the risk control strategy was established, which was expressed as an optimization problem for both the cost of risk control and its utility function. It would be helpful for selecting appropriate risk control strategy and improve the operation efficiency of logistics.
