摘要: 阐述了共识的基本概念,将综合集成研讨厅中的共识分为提案共识与决策共识两种,它们分别形成于“同步1-异步-同步2”研讨过程的两个同步阶段。给出了提案共识与决策共识达成的基本过程和方法,设计了一个基于Internet的群体研讨环境,以实现提案共识与决策共识的可视化提取。

Abstract: Basic conception of consensus was discussed, and it could be classified as two sorts of group consensus in Hall for Workshop of Meta-Synthetic Engineering (HWMSE):draft consensus and decision consensus, which were formed respectively in the two synchronous stages in the discussion process of “Synchronous1-Asynchronous-Synchronous2”. Fundamental processes and methods to reach draft consensus and decision consensus were introduced. Internet-based Group Discussion Environment (IGDE) was designed to realize visualized extraction of draft consensus and decision consensus.
