摘要: 通过分析组成装配体的零件特征,提出了连接结构的概念。采用面向对象技术,以连接结构作为装配信息的载体,对不同类型的连接结构的装配信息,采用相同的层次结构进行组织和存储。以连接结构作为基本装配单元,建立基于知识的装配Petri网模型,运用连接结构知识,构建装配Petri网模型,从而大大减少模型中的节点。在此基础上,利用Petri网点火原理,求解装配体的基于连接结构的可行装配序列。连接结构知识的引入可以降低装配序列规划的复杂性,提高装配顺序规划的效率。

Abstract: By analyzing the features of assembly's parts, concept of connecter-structure was proposed. With the object-oriented methodology, different connecter-structure's information were organized and stored with the same arrangement structure. Taking connecterstructure as the basic assembly cell, assembly model with Knowledge-Based Petri Net (KBPN) was constructed. Owing to the imported connecter knowledge, nodes of the mode were reduced drastically. Then, firing theory was used to get all feasible assembly sequences of the mode. Complexity was reduced and efficiency of the assembly planning was improved by using the connecter-structure knowledge.
