摘要: 针对现有产品模块构建过程中存在的问题,通过建立产品零部件量化关联矩阵,采用扩展的解析结构模型对产品综合关联关系进行分解,形成产品初始模块。以关联矩阵为基础,给出了衡量模块聚合度、耦合度和设计需求趋同度的数值量化计算方法,并用上述指标构造了相应的优化数学模型。同时,应用成组遗传优化算法对初始模块进行优化,得到最优模块划分方案,并提供了模块接口的设计策略。最后,以电除尘器为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at problems existing in the current modular construction methods, numerical incidence matrix of product components was established. Extended Interpretive Structure Modeling (ISM) was developed to form initial allocation of modules by decomposing interactive relationships of components. Then, based on incidence matrix, the calculation methods concerning the clustering degree, the coupling degree and the approximation degree of couples design requirements were presented. A corresponding mathematical programming model was proposed to optimize the initial modules according to the three indexes. At the same time, grouping genetic algorithm was applied to optimize initial modules and a design strategy of modular interface was introduced. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method was illustrated by a design case of electrical precipitator.
